     Spiced Double Berry Crisp

Ingredients
1 pint blueberries
2 (6 oz) containers raspberries or blackberries
Grated zest of 1/2 orange
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 T cornstarch
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
1/4 cup white whole wheat flour
1/4 cup packed light brown sugar
 
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1 T unsalted butter, melted
1 T canola oil
Pinch salt

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375. Spray 1 1/2-quart baking dish with nonstick spray.
To make filling toss together all filling ingredients in large bowl (first 4 ingredients); spoon into baking dish
To make topping, stir together all topping ingredients in medium bowl until moistened. Squeeze mixture together to form loose ball, then break into small pieces and sprinkle evenly over filling. Bake until filling is bubbling and topping is golden, about 20 minutes, loosely covering crisp with foil to prevent overbrowning if needed.
