2 boxes of Pillsbury pie crust (chilled not frozen)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400. Cut apples. Mix with flour,
sugar, cinnamon.
Unroll pie crusts and cut several circles out. Line
each cup of muffin tin with pie crust. Add apples
into each cup. Place a small piece of butter and
place on top of each mound of apples.
Cover as desired with leftover dough. Brush with
melted butter on top/
Bake at 400 for 18-22 minutes.
