     Chicken Chili

Ingredients
1/2 lb skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 medium onion , chopped
2 tsp garlic, chopped
2 cans (15.25 ounce) kidney beans, drained
1 can (16 ounce) diced tomatoes, not drained
1 can (4 ounce) diced green chilies
1/2 cup water
1 Tblsp dried cilantro
2 tsp chili powder
 
1/2 tsp cumin
Canola cooking spray

Instructions
Cut the chicken into bit-size pieces. Brown the chicken in a saucepan that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
Add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or chicken is tender.

Calories- 296, Fat- 3 g, Carbohydrates- 42 g, Protein- 26 g, Serving size- 1 1/2 cups
