3 lbs stew meat
1 can green beans
1 can baby green peas
1 can beef consommee
1 can small onions
1 can tomatoes (use juice)
4 T tapicoa
1 T brown sugar
1/2 t pepper
 
1 T salt
1 bay leaf
2 cups bread crumbs
Instructions
combine all the above and cook at 250 degrees for 8 hours DON'T LOOK AT IT!!!
