     Chicken Corn Chowder

Ingredients
2/3 cup fat-free shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp onion salt
1 can (11 ounce) sweet corn and diced peppers
2 cans (15 ounce) cream-style corn
1 can (14.5 ounce) fat-free chicken broth
1 cup cooked, diced chicken breast
Ground pepper
 

Instructions
In a Dutch oven or larger saucepan combine the cheese onion salt, corn and peppers, cream-style corn, chicken broth, chicken and pepper to taste.
Bring to a boil over medium-heat, stirring constantly.
Remove the soup from the heat and let it sit for 3 – 4 minutes to cool a little before serving.
