Ingredients
1 quart low-fat mayonnaise
1 container (16 ounce) fat-free sour cream
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp dill weed
2 to 3 tsp parsley flakes
 

Instructions
In a bowl with a tight fitting lid mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, onion and garlic powder, dill week and parsley.
Chill and serve
Serving Suggestions
Calories- 44, Fat- 1 g, Carbohydrates- 7 g, Protein- 1 g, Serving size- 2 tablespoons
