     Zucchini Fish Bake

Ingredients
1 lb firm fish fillets
2 small zucchini, thinly sliced
1 cup spaghetti sauce
1 Tblsp grated Parmesan cheese
Canola cooking spray
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with cooking spray. Arrange fillets in dish.
Top with sliced zucchini. Spoon spaghetti sauce over fish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Cover and bake for 30 minutes or until fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Serve with a slotted spoon.
