1/4 cup fine bread crumbs

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 lb. white fish fillets (sole, cod, snapper)

1 egg

4 lemon wedges

Canola cooking spray

Instructions |
|
|
Preheat oven to 375° F. Combine bread crumbs with Parmesan cheese and seasonings. Mix well.
|

Dip fish in egg, then coat with bread crumb mixture. Arrange on a baking sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray.

|
Bake for 10 minutes per inch of thickness, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
|
|
|
Serve with lemon wedges.
