Cut bread dough in half and let rise. Cook and drain sausage. Roll out bread dough and layer as follows- cheddar, sausage, American cheese, sausage, olive mixture, mozarella, and parmesan. Roll up, fold sides over and seal with water. Bake on a well greased pan for 35 - 40 minutes at 350 degrees F. Serve warm.
