Heat oven to 350 degrees. In bowl of electric mixer on medium speed, beat cookie dough and peanut butter 1 min. or until combined. Stir in chopped pecans. Using 1 Tbls. measure, shape dough into balls. Place balls 2 inches apart on baking sheets. Using palm of hand, gently press to flatten cookies slightly. Bake 8 min. or until lightly golden. Transfer cookies to wire cooling rack; let cool completely.
In microwave safe bowl, microwave caramels and 4 tsp. water 2 min., 30 sec. or until caramels are melted, stirring once. Let cool 5 min. or until slightly thickened.
Spoon 1 tsp. caramel mixture onto each cookie; top with a pecan half. Spoon melted chocolate into small resealable plastic bag. Snip corner; drizzle chocolate over cookie.
