     Coffee Nut Crescents

Ingredients
1 Cup Butter Sofened
1/3 Cup Sugar
1 1/2 tsp Instant Coffee Grounds
1 tsp Salt
2 Cups Flour
1/2 Cup Finely Chopped Nuts (Peacans or Walnuts)
TOPPING
1/3 Cup Sugar
2/3 Cup Powder Sugar
 

Instructions
Mix butter and sugar until creamy. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Take dough out. Hand roll dough into 36 small balls. Shape each ball into a crescent on a cookie lightly greased sheet 2 inches apart.
Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes. Cool on rack. when cool, roll in topping mixture.
