     Medifast - Tomato Bagel

Ingredients
1 packet Tomato Soup
1 packet Scrambled Eggs
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Dried Basil
1 tsp baking powder
4 tablespoons water
 
Instructions
Mix all ingredients. Use a spatula and shape into 2 small bagels. Bake at 375 for 12-13 minutes.
Serving Suggestions
Each bagel ounts as 1 MF meal and 1.75 condiments
