Saute the onion and garlic in the olive oil. Add the sausage, spices
and mushrooms and cook until incorporated.
In large bowl, mix the bread and cheese. Pour the hot mixture and
broth into the bread bowl. Mix throughly and add salt & pepper to
taste. Turn out into greased glass shallow baking dish.
Bake in 350F oven until heated through and toasty on top.
