Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine all ingredients except chicken in a small saucepan. Let simmer, stirring frequently until sauce thickens and bubbles.
Place chicken in a lightly greased pan and cover with sauce. Bake for 20 min, stir chicken to recoat and bake for another 10 minutes. Serve over rice or noodles.
