6 c. milk

3/4 to 1c. rice

3 c. water

Wash rice under cold water. Boil w/3 c. water & pinch
|

of salt until most of water is gone.

Add milk - stir & bring to boil
|

Add 1 c. sugar after it begins to boil
|
| |
Boil about 40 min.& then lower heat
|
|
|

Stir in 2 lightly beaten eggs & cook about 10 min.

stirring constantly. Add 1 tsp. vanilla
|
