1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips

1 cup green pepper strips
|

1 cup red pepper strips
|

1 can cream of chicken soup
|
|
1/2 cup frozen concentrate orange juice
|

1/2 tsp garlic powder
|
|
1/2 tsp salt
|
|
1/2 tsp pepper
|
|
4 cups hot cooked rice
|

Instructions |
|
|
Heat large skillet, lightly coated with vegetable il, over medium high heat. Add chicken strips and stir for five minutes.
|

Add pepper strips, chicken soup, frozen juice, garlic, salt and pepper.
|
|
|
Heat to a boil, stirring often, reduce heat, simmer five more minutes or until the sace is reduced and thickened. Serve over hot rice.
