Ingredients
3lb. flank steak (marinate overnight in sauce)
SAUCE-
1/2c. soy sauce
1c. water
1/2t. garlic salt
1t. liquid smoke
1/2t. celery salt
1/2t. Lawry's Seasoned Salt
1/4t. pepper
 

Instructions
Slice steak with the grain in thin strips. Turn several times while marinating. Drain on paper towels and lay on oven tack with foil below to catch drippings. Bake at 120F - 140F for 9-10 hours. When cooled, store in airtight container.
