     Potatoes Deluxe

Ingredients
2 lb bag frozen hash browns (thawed 30 minutes)
1/2 stick melted butter
1 medium diced onion
1 pt. sour cream
1 cup shredded sharp cheeze
1 1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
 
Instructions
Mix all together and put into a 13 x 9 inch baking dish, greased. Sprinkle with crushed corn flakes or potato chips.
Bake @ 350 degrees for 45 minutes Serves 8 - 10 This may be prepared the day before.
