Spread pastry out flat and spread mustard on top.
then cover with prosciutto and cheese. Start at
long end and roll up like a jelly roll to middle of
dough. Roll other side the same way.
These cut easier if refrigerated first or may freeze
at this point if making ahead. Use serrated knife
and cut into 1/2 inch slices. Place slices flat on
lightly greased cookie sheet and flatten with
spatula.
Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes and then turn
over and bake another 5 minutes.
