2 cans black beans, rained and rinsed
|
|
2 cans white corn, drained
|
|
1/2 red onion, diced (can use mroe if you'd like)

|
2 avacados diced
|
|
1 c. olive oil
|
|
1/4 c. balsamic vinegar
|
|
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
|
|
lot sof salt and pepper to taste

Instructions |

|
Mix first four ingredients together.
|
|
|
Mix olive oil, vinegars, salt and pepper together. Pour over the bean/corn mixture. Toss to coat.
