Ingredients
3-4 gournd meet (beef or Turkey I mix both)
1 lbs Hickory smoked kielbasa/sausage
2 cans 28 ounces diced tomatores (chipolte)
4 cans kidney beans
2 large onions, thinly slice (very thin)
1 can (28 oz) tomato puree
2/3 cup hickory flavored barbecue sauce
1-1/2 cup water
1/2 packed brown sugar
 
4 large Cubanelle peppers (or banana)
2 TBLS chili powder
2 tsp ground mustard
2 tsp instant coffee granules
1 tsp each oregano, thyme and sage dried
1 tsp cayenne pepper (hotness to taste)
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
3 garlic cloves crushed

Instructions
in an 8 qt dutch oven cook ground meat until no longer pink, Drain meat, if there is a lot set some aside, put meat back in pot.
Slice you kielbasa/sausage and cut in halve, add to put. Slice your oninons very thin and chop some up. Dice your peppers.
Add everything to pot bring to boil and simmer about 1 hour. Adjust your hot pepper. Remember you can add more but cannot take away.
