     Macaroni and cheese

Ingredients
1 8 oz pack elbow noodles
3 tablespoons butter
2 TBL pureed onions
2 TBL flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
2 cups whole milke
3 cups shredded american cheese
1 TBL buttered bread crumbs
 

Instructions
Cook noodles, drain. In large saucepan, melt butter, add onion cook until tender, stir in flor salt and pepper, blend in milk. cook stirring constrantly until thickened and bubbly. Add cheese. stir until melted. Combine macaroni and cheese mixture, mix well. Pour into buttered 2 quart casserol. Top with breadcrums, bake in 350 oven until hot and bubbly about 30 min.
