     Kulkus (Mangalorean Christmas Sweet)

Ingredients
2 cups all purpose flour (maida)
½ cup fine rava (found in Indian store)
2 egg whites
4 tbsp ghee (melted) (found in Indian store)
6-8 tbsp sugar (powdered)
salt to taste
/4 tsp baking powder
Water to knead the dough Oil to fry the kulkuls
 

Instructions
Mix all the ingredients and knead well. Keep aside for half and hour.
Make small balls of this dough and role each ball spreading on a fork.
Fry in hot oil till golden brown.
Serving Suggestions
Shelf life - in airtight container for 10-15 days
