Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray 13 x 9 baking pan with non stick spray.

Mix all cake ingredients together in a bowl and pour into cake pan. Cake batter may be thick, so apple juice can be added for easier mixing.

|
|
Bake for 45 minutes. While baking mix all of frosting ingredients together.
|
|
|
|
Let cake cool. Frost cake and cover for quality keeping
|
|
|
