4 c Granny Smith apples, finely chopped, about 2 medium sized
1/2 c seedless grapes, quartered
1/2 c celery, chopped
1/4 c walnuts, chopped
3 Tbsp orange juice
1 Tbsp brown sugar
2 tsp grated orange peel
Instructions
Coat both sides of each tortilla with nonstick cooking spray. Combine the sugar and
cinnamon; sprinkle over both sides of tortillas. Cut each into eight wedges. Place on
baking sheets. Bake at 400 degrees for 4–5 minutes or until crisp.
Meanwhile, for salsa, in a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients. Serve with
the cinnamon chips. Makes 12 servings.
