     Granola

Ingredients
3 cups rolled oats
1 cup slivered almonds
1 cup cashews
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup peanuts
3/4 cup shredded sweet coconut
1/4 cup - 2 tbsp dark brown sugar
1/4 cup - 2 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 cup vegetable oil
 
3/4 tsp salt
1 cup raisins

Instructions
Preheat oven to 250 degrees. In a large bowl, combine oats, nuts, coconut, and sugar. In a separate bowl combine syrup, oil, and salt. COmbine both mixtures and pour onto 2 sheet pans. COok for 1 hour and 15 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes to ensure even browning
Remove from oven, put in large bowl,and add the raisins and mix until evenly distributed.
