     Pesto Polenta

Ingredients
1 cup fine polenta
1.5 cup milk
2.5 cups water
1 teaspoon chicken stock powder
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
2 cloves garlic crushed
2 tablespoon chopped chives
2 tablespoon chopped oregano
1/2 cup shreded basil leaves
 
1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Instructions
Bring milk, water and crushed garlic to the boil in a pot. Lower the heat.
Pour polenta in fine stream while keep stirring. Keep stirring until polenta is thickened and cooked. Turn off the heat.
Stir in cheese and herbs. Mix and serve.
