Category   Breakfast - Brunch
Sub Category   None

Ingredients
16 slices white bread with crusts removed
Slices of Canadian Back Bacon or Ham
Slices of Sharp Cheddar Cheese
6 eggs
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
¼ cup minced onion
½ to 1 tsp dry mustard
¼ cup green pepper, finely chopped

1 to 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
3 cups whole milk
Dash tabasco
¼ lb butter
Either Special K or crushed Corn Flakes

Instructions
In a 9”X13” buttered, glass baking dish, put 8 pieces of bread. Add pieces to cover dish entirely. Cover bread with thin slices of back bacon. Lay slices of cheddar cheese on top of the bacon & cover with slices of bread like a sandwich. In a spate bowl, beat eggs, salt & pepper. Add dry mustard, onion, green pepper, Worcestershire, milk & tabasco. Pour over the sandwich platter, cover & let stand in the fridge overnight. In the morning, melt the ¼ lb of butter, pour over top, cover with the cereal. Bake uncovered 1 hour at 350, let sit for 10minutes before serving with fresh fruit & hot cinnamon rolls.
