     Hot Spinach Dip

Ingredients
Frozen Chopped Spinach 10oz (thawed)
Cream Cheese 8oz
Butter 2 TBS
Milk 1/2 cup
Nutmeg 1/2 tsp
Chicken Base Powder 2 tsp
Juice of 1/2 lemon
 

Instructions
Warm the cheese, butter, milk, nutmeg and chicken base over medium heat until melted and creamy.
Stir in the spinach and warm through.
Take off heat and stir in the lemon juice.
Mix in options - artichoke hearts.
Serving Suggestions
Serve in bread bowl with Melba Toast rounds or with corn tortilla chips.
