     Roasted Red Bell Peppers and Basil Skewers

Ingredients
16 cubes mozzarella cheese
16 fresh basil leaves
2 red bell peppers, roasted and cut into 16 squares
16 cherry tomatoes
1/3 c italian dressing
 

Instructions
Skewer cheese, basil, tomato, and pepper. Place in dish and marinate in dressing 20 min, turning occasionally. Drain dressing and serve.
