     Parmesan Thyme Crisps

Ingredients
1 c parmesan, grated
2 tbsp fresh thyme
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 300°. Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Combine cheese and thyme and place on baking sheet in 2''-3'' shapes. Bake 12-14 min. until edged golden brown. Cool on baking sheet until firm.
