1/4 cup oil
|
| |
2 cloves garlic, minced
|
| |
1 onion, chopped
|

1 sweet red pepper, chopped
|
| |
1 cup chopped celery
|
| |
1 lb. diced chicken breasts
|

2 cups cream of mushroom sauce
|
| |
1/4 cup white wine
|
| |
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
|

1/2 cup roasted cashews
|
| |
3/4 lb. broad egg noodles, cooked
|

Instructions |
|
|
|
Heat oil. Saute garlic, onion, red pepper and celery for 10 minutes. Add chicken, stirring
until chicken is cooked through.

Add mushroom sauce, wine, parmesan cheese and cashews. Mix with noodles.
|
|
|
|
Place in greased casserole dish and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
