     Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 cup peanut butter
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 cup flour
2 eggs
 
4 tbsp hot water
Instructions
Mix and drop by teaspoon on baking sheet. Flatten with a fork and bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
