     Brickle Brick Blondies

Ingredients
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup almond brickle chips
 
Powdered sugar

Instructions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Set aside. In large mixing bowl, combine brown sugar and butter. Beat at medium speed of electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat at medium speed until well blended. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Beat at low speed until well blended. Stir in chips. Spread mixture enenly in prepared pan. Bake for 23-28 minutes, or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely. Sprinkle brownies evenly with powdered sugar.
