Ingredients
1- 3-4 lbs chicken cut up
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic minced
1 large onio finely chopped
1 can tomato paste
1 green pepper finely dices
1 can tomatoes
1/4 pound mushrooms sliced
 
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper1/2 TSP OREGANO
cooked spaghetti

Instructions
dredge chicken with flour. heat oil in a large skillet, brown chicken on all sides in oil. add remaining ingredients, cover; simmer 1 hour or until tender. serve with hot cooked spaghetti and parmesan cheese.
