     Sharon's Brunch Casserole

Ingredients
1 lb grated jack cheese
1/2 cup melted butter
1 and 1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 cup milk
1 cup Bisquick
6 eggs, beaten
 
Instructions
Melt butter and place in a 9x13 dish. Mix all other ingredients together and pour into dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until set.
Serving Suggestions
Makes a great holiday brunch entree.
