On medium low heat melt butter and sugar. Using a candy thermometer (it's real easy) till it reaches 300 -310 degrees. Immediately spread on cookie sheet (spread it out fast). Melt 1 cup chocolate chips or more to cover the candy. It will be thin. Cover chocolate with ground walnuts. Break candy with fingers so you'll have all different size pieces. Store in airtight container. Melts in your mouth! This recipe is my mom's she made it every X-mas.
