     Italian Meat Loaf

Ingredients
2 lb. Ground Chuck
1 C. Italian Bread Crumbs
2 Eggs
1 (20oz.) jar Spaghetti Sauce
2 T. Parmesean Cheese
1 t. Salt
1/4 t. Pepper
1 C. Mozarella Cheese
 
Instructions
Combine 1 C. sauce w/ all ingredients - except Mozarella Cheese
Make 1 large loaf or 2 small loaves. Top w/ remaining sauce.
Bake 45-60 minutes at 350. Sprinkle w/ cheese last 10 minutes.
