Prepare the asparagus by cutting off the hard ends and cut into diagonal 1 inch pieces. Prepare green onion by cutting them into 1/2 inch pieces. Slice the garlic cloves. In a small bowl add the eggs and milk, 1/2 t salt and dash of pepper and whisk.

Put the pasta water on. In frying pan on medium heat add lots of olive oil and add garlic and green onions. Saute and add 1/2 t salt and dash of pepper to this. Add spaghetti to boiling water. Reduce heat of the green onions and add 4 ladles of the pasta water.

In another frying pan on medium heat add a generous amount of olive oil and add asparagus. Saute until tender and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Turn down heat. Drain the pasta. Add the egg mixture to the asparagus pan and let it sit for a few minutes. Add the spaghetti to the green onion frying pan and toss.

Lastly add the egg/asparagus into the spaghetti and toss until the egg is fully cooked. Remove from heat and add the parmesan cheese. Taste and add salt or pepper if needed. Lots of pans going but an amazing dish!
