Crumble bread in casserole dish(rectangle)Melt cheese, butter together. Add heated milk to cheese mixture. When blended put a little milk into eggs. Mix well. Pour over bread.
Refrigerate 12 hours. Sprinkle sausage, mozzarella etc on before baking. Bake 350 35min to 1 hour.
Cut in squares.
