Ingredients
Angel Hair Pasta
Newman's Own Organic Marinara
2 Small White Onions
2-3 Ounces of Serrano Ham
Olive Oil
Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Crushed Red Pepper (to taste)
Parmesean Cheese (to taste)
 

Instructions
Bring water to boil with a dash of salt and a drib of olive oil. Boil pasta for 5 minutes.
Slice onions into thin strips. Cut ham into 1/4 inch strips. Sautee onions on medium heat until clear and beginning to brown; add ham. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, red pepper. Saute for an additional 3-5 minutes.
Heat a cup of marinara in a saucepan; add onions and ham. Allow to simmer for a few minutes.
Add pasta to the sauce mixture and toss. Serve immediately with liberal serving of Parmesean cheese.
