Soy Sauce
Cooking Oil
Pepper
Garlic
Onion
Crushed Red Pepper Flake
Ginger
Rice Wine Vinegar
Hoisin Sauce
 
Sesame Oil
Orange Juice
Lemon Juice
Lime Juice
Instructions
Use a 2 - 1 mixture of oil to soy sauce. I go heavy on the garlic... add other ingredients in proportion to what you are marinating.
Works with any meat or fish.
