     Indiana Persimmon Pudding

Ingredients
2.5 c- Persimmon Pulp
4 c- Flour
2 c- Milk
1 tsp- Baking powder
1 tsp=- Baking Soda
1/2 tsp- salt
1 tsp - Cinnamon
3- eggs beaten
6- TBS melted butter
 
1 c- Sugar
1 c- Brown Sugar
1 tsp - vanilla

Instructions
Preheat Oven 300/ Mix Pulp, eggs, milk and butter and vanilla
Combine dry ingredients/sift
pour wet into dry and mix well. Pour into 9x13 pan
Bake at 300 - 1 hour until firm./ chill and serve- serves 18
Serving Suggestions
Serve chilled with cool whip topping
