Boil one quart milk, cool to luke warm. Dissolve 5 teaspoons of yeast into 1/4 cup warm water and 1 teaspoon sugar. Let rise to full capacity. Place milk in a large bowl. Add 3 beaten eggs, 3/4 cup sugar, 4 tsp salt, 1 cup oil, and yeast mixture. Add about 11 cups of flour. Knead for 10 minutes. Let rise for 1 hour. Punch down dough and let rise again for about an hour. Form into buns and let rise 2 hours. Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
