Saute onions and garlic in frying pan. Add the zucchinis and ca. 1 liter vegetable broth.

Cook for 20 min.
Puree everything and if you like add some cream to soup.

|
Finish with adding salt and pepper.
Garnish with basil
|

|
I usually use about 6-8 medium sized zucchinis. Do not add too much broth, you can't take it out but always add more!!!!
