     Rumba Meatballs

Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup milk
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp rum flavoring
1/4 tsp garlic powder
SAUCE
 
1 1/4 cup chili sauce
1 cup grape jelly
1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in bowl. Mix well. Shape into small balls. Arrange in baking pan. Bake in 375 oven for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve hot with picks and your favorite sauce. (I actually cook in the oven with the sauce itself. The sauce recipe directions follow in step 2.
Mix sauce ingredients in saucepan. Pour over meatballs. Cook meatballs as per above.
