     Chinese Egg Soup

brussel sprouts halved or cabbage chopped
carrots, thinly sliced
green onion, chopped
bacon, cooked and chopped
eggs, beaten
chicken broth

Steam cabbage and carrots or simmer in chicken broth (very low heat) until soft. Add green onion and bacon. Stir in egg while continuously stirring with a fork and cook 1 min. (the faster you stir the smaller the egg pieces).
