     Strawberry Filling

Servings   2 1/2 cups

Ingredients
1 package (15 to 16 oz) frozen sliced strawberries in syrup
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 TBSP corn starch
 

Instructions
In sauce pan combine strawberries, cream and cornstarch. Cook over medium heat whisking constantly until thick about 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Chill before filling cake.
You can substitute any frozen fruit for strawberries.
