     Buttercream Icing

Ingredients
1/2 cup butter not margarine softened
1/2 cup vegetable shortening
1 tsp vanilla or any flavoring you like
4 cups sifted powdered sugar
2 tbsp milk
 
Instructions
Cream together butter and shortening with mixer. Add vanilla and gradually add sugar. Add milk between adding sugar. Beat until fluffy.
To make chocolate add 3/4 cup coca and 1 to 2 tbsp of milk.
