Ingredients
1 3/4 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 cup sugar or 1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup butter
2 wggs
1/2 cup chopped nuts
 
Instructions
sift flour, powder, soda and salt in one bowl, set aside. in another bowl, cream sugar and butter until creamy. add eggs while beating, one at a time.
add flour mix alternately with bananas, beat after each addition. mix in nuts just before pouring into 8/4/3 pan
bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour
